Holiday Add-Ons

Add these selections to our Hot  Buffet Lunch Menu.

Meats: Maple Glazed Ham or Cranberry Stuffed Pork Loin with Orange Glaze.  For Roast Turkey with
Cranberry Sauce, add $1.50 per person to each price category.

Sides:  Streussel Topped Sweet Potatoes, Confetti Wild Rice Pilaf with Cranberries, Traditional Bread
Stuffing or Cornbread-Sausage Stuffing.

Vegetables:  Oven Roasted Green Beans with Sweet Red Peppers, Vegetable Stir Fry, Honey Glazed
Carrots, Roasted Winter Root Vegetables or Broccoli-Spinach Casserole.

Salads:  Spinach Salad with Pears, Red Onion, Gorgonzola Cheese, Toasted Walnuts and Maple-Cider
Vinaigrette, Orange-Cream Salad and Winter Fruit Salad with Lemon-Poppy seed Dressing.

Desserts:
Pumpkin Pie – $1.50 per person        Pecan Pie – $1.75 pp        Red Velvet Cupcakes -  $1.25 ea.
Chunky Apple Cake – $1.75 pp        Upside Down Pineapple Pumpkin Spice Cake – $2.50 pp

For $9.95 and $10.95 per person option choose 1 meat entree, 1 starch, 2 salads, and 1 bread.

For $11.95 to $13.95 per person options choose 2 meat entrees, 2 starch, 1 vegetable, 2 salads, and
assorted breads.

All of our luncheon menus include paper plates, napkins, plastic forks and knives.

China and stainless flatware and linen napkins:  add $3.00 per person.

Table linens are $7.00 each; box skirts for buffet tables are $24.00 each plus delivery and pick up (charged
by rental company).

Serving personnel:  $18.00 per hour per server including travel time.

18% gratuity added when service is provided.
7% service charge is applied to all other orders.
