Cranberry Sauce, add $1.50 per person to each price category.

China and stainless flatware and linen napkins:  add $3.00 per person.

Table linens are $7.00 each; box skirts for buffet tables are $24.00 each plus delivery and pick up
(charged by rental company).

Serving personnel:  $18.00 per hour per server including travel time.
