Policies and General Information

•        Free Consultation – Personal, phone, fax or email available.

•        References – Supplied on request.

•        Delivery Charge – Based on distance traveled and time.

•        Labor Charges - $18.00 to $25.00 per hour based on services required.

•        Service Charge for catered events requiring delivery and pickup only – 7%

•        Service Charges for Manned Events – 18% of food and beverage total.

•        Service Charge for Food Service beginning after 8:00 p.m. and prior to 8:00 a.m. – 18%.

•        Rental Arrangements – May be handled by our service if you wish.

•        Rental Charges – Client becomes responsible for any needed rentals.

•        Damage, Breakage or Loss – Charges are the responsibility of the client.

•        Cleaning Charges – May be assessed on equipment left dirty.

•        Licensing, Insurance and EIN# - Available on request.

•        Deposit – 30% to hold dates, full payment prior to day of event.

•        Final Charges – May be incurred to include damage, breakage, loss and/or extended hourly charge.

•        Terms – Net 20 days if arrangements have been made with our office.

•        Guarantee – Minimum guest count 7 days prior to your event, final guest count 2 days prior to your event.

•        Leftover Food – Based on caterer’s discretion of food safety.

•        Payment – We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

•        Taxes and Fees charged by event sites or facilities – Will be added to the final bill.
